Job Description

***Technical Support Infrastructure TechnicianPermanent opportunity-Belfast £25,000-£35,000***REED Technology Belfast are delighted to be working with a renowned legal firm who are experiencing massive growth, with this growth they are looking a new Technical Support Infrastructure Technician to join their award-winning team.As a Technical Support Infrastructure Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Support of the IT AND EUI teams, ensuring all incidents and requests are recorded within the IT system.
  • Maintain effective end user service in relation to the end user infrastructure providing maximum availability and performance of the EUI.
  • Provision the necessary hardware to end users, for example, desktops, laptops and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, logging, and escalating issues.
  • Support for on-site and remote Presentations, Webinars, Live Trials, Video Meetings.
What you need:
  • Certification or diploma in IT or related subject
  • Good understanding of IT end user hardware and peripherals
  • Ability to work in a challenging environment with changing priorities/deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills via different mediums i.e. telephone, email and in-person
  • In this role you will be working with technologies like: MS AD, MS Exchange, MS Office 365, Cisco Anyconnect, Mobile Iron MDM, Skype for Business, MS Teams, Zoom, Dell Laptop and desktop hardware, Dell peripheral devices, SCCM, Apple iPhones and IOS, HPPrinters and Safecom print management so experience with these would be beneficial.
