DescriptionThe Payroll Specialist coordinates, analyses and performs payroll related interfaces, data input and time-reporting data reviews and changes with in-depth review, auditing and balancing for accurate processing of the monthly UK and other assigned country payrollsmaximizing the use of BDO International and PeopleSoft Time and Labor. You will also be actively involved on project teams within payroll to analyze and develop improvements, which in turn you will help implement. Principle Accountabilities: Review payroll inputs from various internal sources, to ensure accurate payroll processing for multiple payrolls. (Including, New Hires, Terms, Transfers, Benefits, Variable payments & Deductions) Maintain relationship with payroll vendor, ensuring timely input submissions & processing Analyse outputs, identifying errors & reconciliation of monthly payrolls for accurate payments to CME Employees Respond to ad-hoc queries (from employees, internal and external partners) Support the International Payroll Manager by participating in ongoing system, process & reporting improvements, and taking on special projects as assigned Skills and Software Requirements: Experience of end to end processing of either multi- country or multi sited payrolls.
