IT Support/Audio Visual EngineerBelfast - £23,000 to £26,000REED Technology are delighted to be retained once again by our client, an award winning Distribution organisation specialising in bespoke products. The organisation is going through a rapid growth period and due to this require an additional Service Engineerto join their excellent team.The successful candidate will be required to travel to the across Ireland from time to time and will require:Essential Criteria Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, including Window 7,8,10. Good knowledge and understanding of computer hardware. Good knowledge of computer networking. Good knowledge of electronics, systems, and modules. Experience of Technical Architect and/or solutions engineering and design experience in Video Streaming, Video EndPoints, Audio/Video Conferencing and related infrastructure. Experience implementing and /or managing Video Streaming, Video EndPoints, Audio/Video Conferencing and related infrastructure. Pexip, Teams, WebEx, Digital Signage and Zoom. Experience working with products such as Barco, Extron, Crestron, Poly, Cisco & AMX . Proven background in troubleshooting, both electronic and electromechanical. Providing telephone and email support to customers. Assist the sales team as and when required. Ensure all service activity is recorded on the service management system. To ensure that regular communication is maintained with department managers and colleagues for continuity and control.The individual: Ensure strong relationships with customers, clients, and co-workers. Previous experience in a similar role with Minimum 1 year in AV. Ensuring SLAs are met and/or responded to on time. Ensuring technical issues are escalated internally or externally when required. Provide onsite user training where needed. Maintaining an individual spares stock and manage own stock levels. Attend training as and when required Flexible team player with a can-do attitude. Good communication skills (both written and verbal). Previous experience working in hospital environment (desirable but not essential).
