Your Responsibilities as an Inbound Customer Service Representative (Travel)- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver top-tier customer support to travelers via phone calls and emails, ensuring a seamless travel experience with a strong emphasis on customer service.- Travel Assistance Solutions: Provide comprehensive assistance with flight, hotel, and rail bookings, effectively managing changes and cancellations while prioritizing exceptional customer service.- Sales and Customer Satisfaction: Harness effective techniques to meet sales targets, all while enhancing overall customer experiences through excellent customer service.- Professional Communication: Engage with travelers professionally and courteously, upholding the highest standards of customer service.- Expert Problem Solving: Skillfully address and resolve a diverse range of travel-related inquiries and issues, always with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.Types of Customer Inquiries Youll Skillfully Manage:- Flights: Offer robust support with flight booking, changes, cancellations, upgrades, and more, all while maintaining a strong commitment to customer service.- Hotel Bookings: Expertly manage hotel bookings, facilitate date adjustments, and resolve payment concerns to ensure customer service excellence.- Rail Travel: Assist travelers with both domestic and international rail bookings, efficiently handle changes, and facilitate refund requests, all while delivering top-notch customer service.Work Schedule and Flexibility:- This is a full-time position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week, ensuring consistent and reliable customer service.- Maintain flexibility for the possibility of weekend shifts in the future, demonstrating dedication to superior customer service.Qualifications for Success in Customer Service Travel:- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, emphasizing the importance of customer service excellence.- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English, as clear communication is key to delivering exceptional customer service.- Technical proficiency to efficiently navigate a variety of systems, enhancing your ability to provide top-tier customer service.- Good geographical knowledge and basic mathematical skills to ensure a well-rounded ability to assist customers with their travel needs.- While prior experience in the travel industry is advantageous, it is not mandatory; however, your enthusiasm and unwavering commitment to customer service are highly valued.
