Brook Street Recruitment is currently recruiting for our Belfast client who require Norwegian speaking candidates to work on an inbound customer service position. Your day to day role will include responding to business customer calls and emails regarding issues they are having with the clients services. These queries range from simple password resets to helping business customers complete complicated regulatory procedures. You will have your customer service radar switched on and be ready provide our customers with a professional service with the aim of providing first contact resolution.The job would require you to work Mon to Fri between 08.00am and 5pm and you will be required to work just one weekend day per month. Essential Criteria* Fluency in written and spoken English & Norwegian* A minimum of 3 months experience in a customer service environment.* Experience with Microsoft Office & a good working knowledge of internet. * The ability to learn and adapt to new software.* Experience of working in a team environment. * Able to communicate effectively on the phone, with active listening skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively via email. * Ability to multitask, plan and organise.If interested please send CV via the apply link Required skills
