This is an exciting newHR Systems Management job reporting to the Head of Recruitment & HRIS. The HRIS Business Partner will supportthe Group HR systems and system users, assisting with projects relating to HR technology and process improvement.The role involves providing support to the Head of Recruitment & HRIS in the development and implementation of HRIS projects within the department. With excellent planning and organisational skills, you will provide project management support to digitaland innovative HR initiatives.Main ResponsibilitiesEnd to end project management of full system updates or upgradeServe as a lead representative and liaison between HR and other internal stakeholders for HR systems design and implementationGo to the market with a fully scoped project plan to explore the best solutions to meet stakeholder needs and business requirementsAssisting with process changes and liaise with other departments to assist with testing, implementation, and trainingCreate and deliver internal presentations to encourage buy in by all our employees and key stakeholdersContinually contribute ideas to improve the HRIS from all aspects, particularly from an end-user perspectiveMain point of contact for all HR systemsProvide and design KPI/analysis reporting and dashboard services to end users and analyse data to assist with business decisionsResponsible for supporting end users, designing user videos and training material as well as one-to-one guidanceDesign and manage the suite of standard reports, as well produce as ad hoc reportsMaintaining all aspects of the HR systems including creating, deleting and amendment of all fields relating to the systems, as requiredSupport HR&D colleagues in activities, as requiredSkills & Experience RequiredComprehensive experience with the successful implementation and upgrading of several large HR systems (HRIS & ATS essential)Excellent project management skills and attention to detail (essential Prince 2 qualification or equivalent)Ability to collaboratively work across departments and teams to create cohesive project/implementation plansWell developed ways of working in project management and communication toolsExperience of developing and maintaining a large databaseExperience using social media and cloud-based software for employee surveys and communication toolsIT skills are well developed and an advanced Excel and Word userStrong understanding and commitment to confidentiality and integrityAbility to meet stringent deadlinesAbility to adapt to change and adopt a flexible style and approachExperience of Oracle (Fusion, Taleo) or similar (e.g., SAP) is essentialWhats on offerPeople are at the core of everything theydo.
