Reed HR is delighted to support our client a Large Public Sector Organisation based in County Down who wishes to recruit an experienced HR Officer with TUPE experience on a 2-year contract. This is a hybrid role.The role:This is an HR Generalist role which requires a candidate with TUPE experience. You will be the point of contact for daily operational HR issues and also assist the Head of HR & OD with the effective TUPE transfer of staff. You will also assist the Head of Leisurewith the HR elements of the on-going transformation of leisure services, both before and after the transfer.
