Join Us in Belfast!Location: Belfast, conveniently located near Lanyon Place Station.Salary:- Starting at £10.50/hour during the 12-week training period (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm).- Progressing to £11.50/hour post-training.- Increasing to £12.50/hour post-probation, contingent on achieving KPIs.- Plus, the potential for monthly performance bonuses of up to £150.Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service to business travelers.- Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations.- Meet revenue objectives through effective sales techniques.- Handle a wide range of inquiries related to travel.Qualifications:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.- Strong English communication skills.- Proficiency in geography and basic mathematics.- Previous experience in the travel industry is a valuable advantage.
