DescriptionDescription: The ConfigMgmt team are looking for motivated and talented students. Technology teams at CME write and maintain ultra low-latency electronic trading platforms, risk management systems, and front-end trading interfaces, all of which are central to CMEs business. The ConfigMgmt team at CME is focused on supporting, primarily in the areas of applications version control and build management . Under direct supervision within the team, the successful candidate would work with the following: Administration of SCM tools (Jira, Bamboo, Confluence, Bitbucket, Argos, SonarQube) and supporting infrastructure. Maintain build environment for Dev/QA and Continuous Integration builds. Develop scripts to automate processes in the CM environment and implement new features requested by customers Provide end user support to development and QA teams for SCM tools. Application Support and troubleshooting GCP Migration Minimum qualifications: Currently pursuing a bachelors degree Studying Computer Science or a related field Experience in scripting A passion for problem solving Strong communication, troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills Bonus qualifications: Working knowledge of Kubernetes Previous technical experience Experience with UNIX/Linux Understanding of GCP infrastructure Knowledge in Python scripting CME Group: Where Futures Are Made CME Group (www.cmegroup.com) is the worlds leading derivatives marketplace.
