Job Description

Company: Arjo Position: Commercial Support Administrator Location: Belfast Job type: Full Time, PermanentAbout ArjoArjo are a leading provider of managed service contracts whose product portfolio encompass medical equipment and integrated solutions for patient handling and hygiene, medical beds and therapeutic surfaces, wound healing, DVT prevention, disinfection and diagnostics.About the roleWe have an opportunity for a Commercial Support Administrator to join the Arjo team in Belfast, who will gain market insights, drive CRM system and support the customer service team. You will support the Commercial Sales Manager with industry trends, developments and initiatives to grow sales.Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing CRM system to link and support all divisions of the business, ensuring accurate usage and generation of reports to highlight opportunities. & generate sales leads for account managers and link to CRM system.
  • Conduct commercial business analysis, in doing so manage large data sets. Also carrying out primary analysis of local pricing and revenue development. Regularly providing pivot tables and presenting key findings.
  • Assist with Arjo go to market business strategies.
  • Support account managers with sales opportunities when needed.
  • Supporting inbound customer service team, to handle telephone calls and any customer correspondence and deal with accordingly to ensure a swift and effective service is provided to our customers.
  • Accurately process and administrate customer quotations and contracts and assisting the Account Managers with all related queries.
  • Accurately processing of customer orders and purchase orders from order to remittance.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders regarding product availability and delivery timescales and advise customers to ensure we manage their expectations.
  • Ad-hoc projects and other duties as requested in line with commercial opportunitiesEssential Skills or Experience:
  • The ability to engage and build relationships with clients coupled with good commercial and business acumen.
  • IT: Excellent Microsoft Office skills mainly Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Previous CRM/Sales Force/Business Intelligence Reporting (BI) experience desirable.
  • Administrative experience, preferably within a customer orientated environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills both on the telephone and in written email communication.
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent time management skills ensuring a high level of productivity
  • Marketing or commercial business experience will be a distinct advantage
