Due to significant and continued investment our Production Support function has a number of new and exciting opportunities for experienced and intermediate Application Support Technologists. Working as an Application Support Analyst you will play an integral role in running and maintaining the production environment for all applications so that our traders can confidently service their clients. Department Overview: These roles sit within our Institutional Clients Group (ICG). You will be working closely with colleagues in APAC, EMEA and NAM to ensure perfect 24/7 support of our franchise critical applications. In addition, you will also partner with Level 0/1 Supportteam, Application Technology Development teams, Infrastructure teams and the Business Product owners.
