Job Description Outstanding opportunity for a Senior Accountant to join a growing company and work very closely with the MD. If you love a challenge, enjoy fast paced environments then look below Business Controller - Hybrid - CorkI have an exciting role with a well-known laboratory testing business in Cork. We are looking to speak to financial accountants, or ambitious finance professionals with experience working within an SME/Multinational finance function. You will report directly to the MD and provide support to the wider finance teams in the financial management of the company, driving initiatives to improve the business profitability through commercially focussed initiatives. The role will involve but not be limited to monthly performance reviews, monitoring KPIs, business partnering, providing support to business projects relating to profitability & budget and forecast preparation. The company operates a very flexible hybrid working policy and have an excellent work life balance. What you will need:
  • ACA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA qualified accountant with 3+ years experience in industry
  • Proven ability to deal with stakeholders in different functions of the business to finance.
  • Strong problem-solving capability, adaptable and ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced busy environment and comfortable to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills
