Job Description

Team OverviewAccount Reference Architecture (ARA) is an Entity Level Control for Citis bank cash completeness globally and it has now been approved for expansion across all SML balance sheet (i.e., payable, receivable, suspense etc.) . The successful candidate will partner with the underlying project team whose focus will be analysis, requirements gathering, establishing design and process flows, and partnering with Technology through to implementation. They will then subsequentlybe part of the target operating model team in sustainability mode. What youll doThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring integrity and completeness of Citis book-to-bank relationships by investigating breaks highlighted within ARA. This will require in-depth analysis, thinking outside-the-box, and partnering with stakeholdersand the team. They provide advice and counsel related to the technology and/or operations of the business. You will be able to accomplish this task by meeting, at minimum, below responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to formalize requirements of the control framework implementation for the new scope.
  • Contribute towards design of exception management and resolution processes for the new scope. Ensure appropriate documentation is in place with associated Standards of Procedures (SOP) updated.
  • Partner with teams to ensure appropriate balance sheet treatment and controls are in place across different balance sheet types (e.g., payable, receivable, suspense, bank cash etc.).
  • Investigate and profile exceptions highlighted across ARA function into clear categories for appropriate risk identification.
What well need from you
  • SME in reconciliations and/or balance sheet
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills are required
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize/identify key issues/implications/patterns
  • Strong ability to partner with the Tech teams for any change/enhancements/fix implementation
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
