Job Description

Regional Sales Manager - Northern Ireland £40,500 + Company Car + Package Monday to Friday Zachary Daniels are delighted to be partnered with one of the most recognisable businesses in Northern Ireland in seeking an Area Manager which you will be covering up to 30 store locations across the NI market. As an established Area Manager, you will be able to bring outstanding leadership, energy and drive to a well-known retailer who are eager to continue to be a market leader through attention to detail, customer service and engaging their people. We want thenew Area Manager for the business to inspire the team, engage with colleagues at all levels and lead by example.Key areas to be successful;

  • We are seeking a non experienced industry professional, ideally you will be working Fashion, Accessories or Cosmetics so you can bring a new skill set to the business.
  • Engage, communicate and develop the Managers to lead by example to drive their individual stores success.
  • Be keen to work alongside your employees to show great customer experiences.
  • Commercially sound and a fine eye to details; Wastage, POS Standards, Visual merchandising, Replenishment of stock and housekeeping standards.
  • Ability to be organised to plan and execute your store visits on a daily, weekly and monthly bases.
It will be a MUST you have Fashion Clothing experience or ideally coming from the fashion sector; accessories, cosmetic or high street environment. Ideally you will be currently an Area Manager, Regional Manager, Cluster Manager, Area Support or a bigSq footage Store Manager to have the ability to hit the ground running.This is a great opportunity to step outside of your current experience in the Fashion or High Street environment and bring your skills to a new product sector in the retail industry in a NI only remit.Whats on offer;
