Application Support AnalystMy client is looking for an accomplished Application Support Analyst to join a tight knit team of experts within a production team who service a global client and customer base. This business offer Financial Infrastructure as a service, harnessing Software-DefinedNetworking, Connectivity and a multitude of APIs to create market-leading environments. This high-performant and Low-latent platform help come of the world’s most successful financial institutions, access various markets including Crypto, Futures, FX, Rates,and Credit.Experience:- 5+ years Application Support Analyst experience,- Trading / Financial Services background- Experience with Linux, AWS & Kubernetes- MySQL Querying expertise- Familiarity with Java Runtime Applications- Monitoring and Diagnostics tooling (Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, etc.)- ZenDesk Administration exposure, some MS Windows knowledge a plusIf you are the Support Analyst for this role, you will be joining a team of highly qualified analysts, helping maximise the potential for these set of services that underpin the infrastructure so their customers can productionise bespoke software. Payingup to £60,000 plus bonus & benefits.
