Job Description

Administrator (Temp x3)A well-established organisation based in Belfast, are currently seeking experienced Administrators to join their team.This is a Full-time, Temporary Position – initially until the end of March 2024.Working hours: 8.15amm – 5.15pm –mostly working from home but may be required in the office a few times a month.With an hourly rate of £10.90 per hour.Job Purpose: Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining accurate system records and handle related enquiries.Essential Criteria:

  • Previous and demonstrable experience of working in a customer facing environment.
  • Strong administration experience/skills.
  • IT literate.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Input data and authorised instructions in accordance with / whilst adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Liaise with client staff at all levels.
  • Answeringcalls and queries.
  • Liaise with external bodies e.g. Pension scheme owners.
  • Attend meetings as required.
  • Close working with associated Recruitment, HR, Pensions & Payroll teams to achieve accurate and timely payroll or HR close.
  • Ensure all work is carried out to meet Service Level Agreement’s/Key Performance Indicators and Shared Service Centre quality standards.
  • Attend and contribute to service meetings/events.
  • Be proactive in identifying areas for improvement to processes and services.
  • Be proactive in personal development, contributing fully with performance management and development processes.
  • Input data accurately into integrated systems.
  • Administrative duties.
  • Call handling duties.
  • Ability to escalate to Team Leader when appropriate.
  • Close working with other teams within organisation
