They are looking to hire someone who can work cohesively in this environment.About the role:Preparation of accounts and tax returns; Taking accounts up to Trial Balance with minimal supervision; Liaising with clients and other third party stakeholders; Preparing self-assessment and partnership tax returns; Occasional audit work for clients; Supportingclients with forecasting and financial projects; Processing/support with monthly payrolls; Processing daily/weekly/monthly invoices and bank reconciliations; and ad hoc accounts duties.This role offers plenty of scope for career development within the business.Successful applicants will have the opportunity to manage their own workflow.Requirements:Minimum 2 years experience within an accountancy practice; Ideally Qualified Accounts Technician (IATI/AAT or equivalent); Strong communication skills; Fundamental understanding of relevant accounting legislation; and Competent working knowledge of MicrosoftOffice, particularly MS Excel.Suitable applicants will also be familiar with Xero, QuickBooks, BrightPay, CCH or similar.Apply now if youre looking for career progression with a leading business.Want to learn moreGet in touch with Reeds Practice Specialist, Tom Reid, in Belfast to arrange a confidential discussion about how your experience could be a match for this exciting position.
