Day toDay: Responsibilityfor the management of designated Private Equity or Real EstateClientsReview quarterly and annual financial statementsand reportsWork closely with your line Manager andTechnical & Training Team to ensure financial statements meet theFunds reporting requirements, eg UK GAAP or IFRSReviewinvestor drawdown calculations to ensure accuracy of figures as Funds seekaccess to their commitments from investorsReview investordistribution calculations to ensure the flow of funds from the sale of aninvestment are accurately recorded so that proceeds are appropriately allocatedand paid to investorsEnsure the accurate communication ofall cash movements between the Fund and its Investors through the issuance ofrelevant notices to investorsOversee the preparation andcompletion process of Client deliverables including agreeing time tables withClients, and thereafter monitoring progress against these to ensure deliverablesare on trackConduct regular Client calls with CFO orFinancial controller to ensure open and effective communication at alltimes Your long-term career goals are importantto us too. Ideally working in financial services oraccounting practice working on multiple clientrelationshipsExperience in the review of working paperfiles and Financial Statements including disclosures, or alternatively, candemonstrate strong accounting background through previous experience andCPDManagement of Client relationships and experience withresolving issues directly with ClientsExperience insupporting and mentoring less experienced teammembersIntermediate Excel skillsAdditional information At IQ-EQ we want you toreach your full potential.
