Web Developer required for a well-established construction equipment hire and sale company that offers services on a national scale. Due to ongoing success, an exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced Web Developer to join their team near St Neots.This a full-time office-based position and the ideal candidate will have experience in WordPress and OpenCart.Web Developer Position Overview

• Create and modify product pages and other website content;
• Develop and maintain product listings on multiple websites;
• Troubleshoot, stay up to date and resolve any website issues;
• Maintain and create custom plugins, widgets, and themes;
• Optimise websites performance and usability for desktop and mobile devices, using best practices in UX and UI

Web Developer Position Requirements

• Proven experience with WordPress and OpenCart
• Efficient and clean coding with PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with Google Analytics, Business Manager, SEO research ETC
• Competent using WooCommerce with product integration and updates with shipping costs, along with plugins, templates, widgets and themes
• OpenCart - knowledge of products with shipping variations, payment gateway and some customer management

Web Developer Position Remuneration

• Salary £30-40k DOE
