Hilltop is a family run business that is focused on the development, health and wellbeing of our staff and clients whilst maintaining high standards throughout.Previous Experience is preferred but not absolutely necessary as full training is provided with continuous support thereafter. The role requires you to cater for up to around 60 people per sitting, with one meal option whilst also catering for dietary requirements.Each sitting is covered by one cook and one assistant with shifts equally distributed within the team across weekdays and some weekends.Hilltop is open most of the year round working predominantly with schools. Due to the nature of our business we have times during the year with higher and lower demand, unlike most tourist businesses in the area, our high demand times tend to be during schoolterm time. Due to this, an annualised hours system regulates wages year round giving our staff consistent income whilst easing work loads during most school holidays.Permanent contracts for 20, 30 or 40 hours a week available depending on applicants needs. Very good rate of pay meaning the 40 hour contract is worth nearly £25,000 per year.
