Midas Personnel are currently recruiting for a Workshop Progressor to join a market leading vehicle sales company in Heathrow. We giveyou the keys to an exciting new direction and take great pride in the feedback we receive from those we work with.As a Workshop Progressor your responsibilities will include:- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of vehicle service, repair and warranty policies together with product changes- Advise customers and staff on all service/repair procedure matters- Ordering parts from the Parts Department and to order sub-contract work- To correctly interpret instructions from the job cards/repair orders & handover to Workshop Controller- Ensure that additional work requests are produced in a timely manner- Ensure Customer expectations are met and to report any likely delays as early as possible- To be the skilled interface between the Service & Parts Departments and Workshop ControllerWe are looking for a Workshop Progressor who has the following skills and experiences:- Previous Workshop Progressor experience- Experience with working with HGV/MAN beneficial- Excellent telephone manner- Proactive approach to work- Technical knowledge- Excellent attention to detailTo apply for this Workshop Progressor role or for further information including the full job description, please get in touch with Midas Personnel today.
