Job Description

SRG are working with an award-winning global innovation agency that create retail experiences for brands that include; Amazon, Google, Microsoft and Sony Play Station. They are one of the fastest growing companies in retail experience design and a globalleader in retail display and technology.They aim to be revered as the agency defining the Future of Retail and they have ambitious plans to double the size of the business by 2023.The Production Planner is responsible for assisting in the efficiency of the production department by working with the departmental managers to achieve daily production targets relating to performance, quality and health and safety.Accountabilities :

  • Production planning using BOMs and routing
  • Owning both the OTP and UK Monday.com production planning boards and working with the relevant teams to ensure accuracy
  • Collating labour data for all departments within production and inputting onto the ERP system
  • Assisting the Production Manager in data management and KPI monitoring to maintain business efficiencies
  • Supporting the production department with printing and collation of production orders, drawing and estimates
  • Raising purchase orders for product including raw materials, consumable stock and PPE in line with finance processes and budget
  • Driving environmentally friendly and sustainable practices into day to day operations working within the ISO14001 framework
  • Maintaining health and safety standards including creation of SOPs and collation of COSHH information
  • Inputting data for stock take
  • Coordinate temporary workers, complete inductions and timesheets
  • Assisting the People Partner with payroll for hourly paid employees by providing data on hours worked and absences and helping to resolve queries.

Salary And Hours:
  • £23,000 - £27,000
  • Contract - 9 Months
  • Working Hours - 9am - 5pm
  • Total Hours - 37.5
