Job Title: Finance ManagerLocation: North LeicesterSalary: Up to £45,000 per annumJoin a thriving and dynamic organisation with a track record of success. Our client, a rapidly growing business with an annual turnover of circa £50million, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Manager to oversee their finance function. This is afantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in the companys financial management and contribute to its continued growth.Key Responsibilities:Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small finance team, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and professional development.Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies that align with the companys goals and objectives.Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key insights and trends.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing effective control measures and compliance with relevant regulations.Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow, monitor working capital, and optimise financial resources to ensure the companys financial stability.Audit and Compliance: Coordinate annual financial audits and maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations.Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Qualifications:ACC/CIMA/ACA Fully qualified, part qualified or QBE.Proven experience in a similar finance role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.Please put your home postcode on your CV when applying.
