Our client is an established national contamination control company, who delivers a range of clean/critical air compliance and LEV services to clients throughout the UK. They are currently recruiting for an experienced and professional Clean Air Operations Manager based in and around the Durham area. The successful candidate will have considerable experience under-taking an operations management position within the Critical Air, Medical Air, LEV or HVAC sector. Consideration will be given to applications from the Newcastle, Sunderland, York, Leeds and the surrounding areasExperience: Will have experience working with an operational management position within the Critical / Medical air, LEV or HVAC sector. Will hold previous experience working as a validation engineer within the critical ventilation / healthcare sector. Experience of testing LEVs, fume cupboards, laminar flow cabinets is desirable but not essential.Experience in undertaking a wide range of critical ventilation testing.A working knowledge of relevant / current industry regulations. CTCB-I qualification would be advantageous. Able to demonstrate an understanding of compliance and health & safety guidelines. Ability to manage own time and work load. Confident in building and maintain client relationships. Holds strong communication skill. Role: Managing all site activities and Training of the Field Service Team. Ensuring work is being carried out to a high standard and within the relevant guidelines. Responsible for achieving monthly revenue targets. Responsible for planning resources inline with budgets. Provide technical support and advice as required.Build and maintain a strong, professional working relationship with large portfolio of clientsProduce regular performance reports for management and attend meetings to discuss findings.Getting involved with Quality Control, Method Statements and Risk Assessments.Training of staff and carrying out appraisals.Visiting sites to ensure health and safety procedures are being followed correctly.Undertake auditing and inspection of work carried out.Copyright Future Select 2020 Required skills
