I am currently working with traditional high street law firm within a busy Residential Conveyancing team who have an opening for a Fee Earner due to promotion. This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm that is expanding and looking to offer progression to their team.Key responsibilities:• You will be responsible for handling your own caseload from inception to completion, including freehold and leasehold, sale, and purchase files• You will have the ability to deal with new build properties and shared ownership• Some experience of commercial property law (advantageous)• A proven record of providing excellent service to clientsTo be successful you will be a qualified Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Conveyancing Executive, or an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal with over 1 years experience. You will be able to manage your own caseload and have a confident personality with excellent communication skills.
