Job Description

Receptionist/Office AdministratorBattersea£18,000 - £25,000Full -Time Permanent Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm - this is an office-based role, there is no hybrid working for this position.Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist/Office Administrator to join their team in Battersea.Key Responsibilities as a Receptionist/Office Administrator

  • Supervising the reception area, including greeting clients and guests
  • Coordinating refreshments when required
  • Supervising company communication and admin including phone calls, post, emails, letters, packages, printing, scanning, shredding, and other standard administrative duties
  • Administering the companys fleet of vehicles (insurance renewal, tax, MOT, Dart and congestion charge account)
  • Arranging meetings and scheduling appointments with trades/clients
  • Executing data entry roles, including renewing records and databases (Full site booklets, updating internal files/forms bay suspensions and tenders)
  • Invoice entering, updating credit card purchases, making credit card purchases.
  • Booking in / payments for site staff employees training (under buyers authorisation)
  • Communicating with buyer, when packages that are delivered to the office, coordinating for packages to be collected/sent if necessary
  • Managing stock of office supplies, involving stationery, Cleaning & Hygiene items to ensure smooth office operations
