With over 90 offices in the UK, our client has continued to grow and with expansion plans still in place they show no signs of slowing down!They pride themselves on contributing to ongoing training and development to make every employee the very best they can be whilst also offering a great work-life balance.Job Title: Property Manager required for Estate Agency in South Chelsea | £40,000The Ideal CandidateYou will use your previous experience in property management to effectively manage a stunning portfolio of properties located in South West London. Having a solid background in property is key, you will be a super efficient and organised individual who hasthe ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining excellent communication between landlords and tenants.Responsibilities

  • Managing existing tenancies by arranging repairs to be carried out through contractors
  • Being the main point of contact liaising with contractors, landlords, and tenants
  • Completing all paperwork for tenants moving in and moving out including references
  • Ensuring all properties are keeping up with current legislation
  • Completing tenancy renewal paperwork
  • Sorting utility bills and redirecting post
  • Dealing with contractors & liability insurance
  • Organising and ensuring the security of keys
  • Completing inspections and property visits
