Job Description

Pulse is excited to be recruiting for the position of a Theatre Practitioner - Scrub. The practitioner will join the professional and friendly theatres team at an award-winning private hospital located in Bath. Duties and Responsibilities of a Theatre Practitioner -Scrub
  • To provide and maintain the highest possible standard of clinical care for patients
  • To ensure all documentation is completed accurately, which includes giving and receiving patient centred handovers
  • Ensure timely reporting of faulty or broken equipment using the department reporting system
  • Ensure 100% compliance with all stages of the WHO check
  • Work in line with the hospital policies, procedures and SOPs including safe management and storage of medicines
  • Complete monthly checks and sign them off to confirm trollies and rooms are cleaned and stocked ready for the next session
Requirements of a Theatre Practitioner - Scrub
  • You will be NMC or HCPC registered
  • At least 6 months experience in a similar role
