We are recruiting a store manager for a 12 months FTC, to guide the store of a leader lifestyle retailer for their store in Bath. The company is globally famous for womens and mens designer collections along with a range of other categories, includingaccessories, footwear and sportswear.The store manager will be responsible for inspiring the team to be great brand ambassadors, leading them to meet store targets and create the best possible customer experience whilst ensuring that high standards are maintained across the sales floor. Youwill prove good commercial skills, analysing store level reports and creating action plans to improve results. You will recruit staff members and provide new starters with relevant trainings.If you are an enthusiastic individual, with a strong drive for sales and KPIs and you have previous experience managing a team within the retail industry, dont miss this opportunity.
