Job Description

Senior Ops Analyst

  • £35,000 - £45,000 p/a

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Ops Analyst to join their friendly team where you will be responsiblefor monitoring, organising, and overseeing team outcomes along with coaching and sharing knowledge with the wider team.This is an exciting role that will suit someone who can work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. General duties and responsibilities include:
  • Monitoring team outcomes to ensure SLAs and industry standards are met
  • Owning day-to-day processes and controlling outcomes to ensure issue resolution
  • Supporting the Ops Delivery Lead to understand team performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinating across areas to ensure efficient and consistent service outcomes
  • Ensuring processes and controls are delivered within expectations and are documented or challenged where appropriate
  • Coaching members of wider teams to ensure training plans are clear and in place
  • Owning the completion of and reporting on day to day activity
Key skills and experience:
  • Previous experience within investments, trading, and assets required
  • A working knowledge of all things trading related including CASS experience and Investment administration areas
  • Proven experience of collaborating with teams and sharing knowledge and best practices
