Job Description

SENIOR ANALYSTUP TO £50,000SOUTHWEST ENGLAND (HYBRID)THE COMPANYThis is an opportunity to work for a rapidly growing organisation, focused on utilising customer data to enhance itspresence in the market.THE ROLEThe successful Senior Analyst responsibilities will include

  • Completing ad-hoc analysis as well as focusing on customer analytics, analysing sales/marketing activity
  • You will have the responsibility of maintain dashboards and reports
  • Insight generation - You will be digging into data and provide recommendations for the business
  • You will be focused on projects looking at customer churn
  • Presenting to stakeholders with your findings, with the ability to communicate effectively
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEThe successful Senior Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
  • Strong SQL skills, as well as a visualisation tool
  • Really good communication skills with the ability to turn technical work into non-technical conversations with good structure
  • Customer/marketing analytics background (i.e. churn, segmentations etc)
