Job Description

Do you have Salesforce Administrator experience, and are you seeking a new hybrid (3-4 days remote / 6 month contract duration) job in Bath Deerfoot IT Recruitment is helping a financial technology company find a full-time Salesforce Administrator, andthe role comes with an excellent daily pay rate of £400.00 Inside IR35.Our teams work in an Agile environment, and you will be welcomed into one of the Scrum teams with two-week sprints and variations of Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, Business Analysts, DevOps, QA/Testing, Support, DBAs, and Site Reliability Engineers,participating in the redevelopment of our customer-facing products. Primarily, this will be configuring Salesforce and working with Stakeholders and SMEs across the business. There will also be future requirements to configure other enterprise-level third-partysystems, such as telephony and workflow products.To give you an idea of how this Salesforce Administrator role will look and feel, these are some things you can expect to do:

  • Work with key stakeholders and SMEs to define requirements
  • Work with the existing Salesforce team to configure and deliver workflows
  • Train internal staff in the use of Salesforce and the new workflow
  • Assist the business in meeting further automation goals.
To apply for this Salesforce Administrator role, you will need demonstrable experience administering and configuring Salesforce, along with experience in all phases of software development, including design, configuration, testing, debugging, releasing andsupporting applications such as Salesforce. You will also require the following:
  • Experience and understanding of Agile methodologies
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
