Job Description

I am currently looking for a Property Manager £20,000 - £22,000 DOE to join a well-respected Lettings company based in Bath.This is a FTC 12 MonthsThe Job

  • Property Inspections
  • Ensuring legal obligations are met
  • Auditing
  • Rent payments/arrears chasing
  • General office administration
    • The CandidateThe successful candidate will need to have an understanding of the Bath Market and experience in managing a large portfolio of properties.Strong organization and time management/planning skills and will be an accomplished communicator.The ability to handle multiple tasks to established deadlines and prioritise your work load accordingly.This full-time position is based in Bath but with travel required as necessary.
