Juice is excited to be working exclusively with a local charity, who are seeking a Part Time Executive Assistant to join their fantastic team in central Bath!The charity has a long standing history in the area and its people are at the forefront of everything they do! This opportunity could be the perfect role for an experienced EA looking for part time hours.DAY TO DAY- Supporting multiple directors- Diary management- Preparing meeting rooms- Meeting and greeting visitors- General administration- Organising events- Running errands when needed for senior management- Supporting the administration for the head of Governance including drafting reports, presentations etc- Adhoc support to the wider teamALL ABOUT YOU- Proven EA or PA experience- Strong diary management skills- Looking for part time hours (8 - 1)- Experience with supporting senior managementAND FOR YOU- Central Bath location- Weekly pay- Friendly team- Potential opportunity to go permanent for the right candidateIf you think this is the right role for you then I would love to hear from you!
