Multi-Site Home Manager | Retirement Village | Elderly Care Bath, Somerset Salary: up to £55,000 + bonus Full time Remit Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued client in their recruitment for an experienced Nursing Home Manager for a very unique opportunity in Bath. Within the role, you will have multi-site management over three small care homes that are all located next to each other and make up a beautiful retirement village. The homes tailor to elderly residents with residential, nursing and, memory loss backgrounds. This role would suit an experienced home manager that is passionate about care and has experience successfully managing a care service. You will be required to focus on providing high-quality person-centered care in line with CQC regulations, supporting/developing the well-established team you are leading and, ensuring sound financial performance. The Candidate The successful candidate must have experience as a Nursing Home Manager and ideally be a qualified nurse. You must show you have a strong understanding of CQC criteria, along with having a track history of achieving Good - Outstanding CQC reports. The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run a successful care service. The position requires a confident, positive person who can motivate a staff team, network with the local community, and ensure the residents are cared for to the best possible standard. The company are looking for the best talent in the sector and only want to hire people who are driven and determined to make a difference to peoples lives. Requirements One year minimum Nursing Home Manager experience (essential).RGN/RMN qualified (preferred).Knowledgeable on CQC criteria and a history of compliant reports.Driving license and own vehicle are required.Location The home is based in Bath and would be a suitable commute from Trowbridge, Warminster, Chippenham, Frome, Bristol, Glastonbury, Shroud and Western-Super-Mare. Summary My client is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager who has a track history of managing successful homes. In exchange, my client is offering a salary of up to £55,000 + bonus.
