Frazer Jones is working with a highly regarded and well-known organisation in Bath to help them recruit a Learning & Development Business Partner. This is a pivotal role within the HR function and has full responsibility for the L&D provision. Reporting into the HR Director this role sits within a large HR function who are highly supportive and collaborative in their approach and thinking.As the L&D Business Partner you will take ownership for implementing and coordinating the organisational development strategy as well as developing an operational plan ensuring everyone receives the Learning & Development resources needed to perform and thrivewithin their careers. This is a hands-on role where you will creatively review and develop digital learning resources ensuring they are engaging and modern offering the provision of both essential and developmental skills. You will review and evaluate all L&D programmes to ensureefficiency and effectiveness with a particular focus on upskilling of managers. In this role you will liaise with a range of external providers to deliver training courses and specific requirements identified during reviews and assessments.A major part of this role will be the implementation of a new LMS system, as the L&D lead you will have a key role in the implementation, roll out and management of the system, ensuring its fit for process, streamlining L&D processes and offering an efficientand effective learning record for all staff as well as ensuring it can provide detailed management information around learning.To be successful in this role you will have proven L&D experience within a similar position ideally within a larger organisation. You will be proficient in leading and creating innovative L&D solutions, along with excellent digital skills including web-basedapplications and digital learning. You will have the ability to combine strategic thinking with an understanding of operational requirements. Working with systems is a key part of this role, you will need to enjoy analysing management data, as well as interpretingdata to identify patterns and trends.
