Our client produces world class software for the Life Science markets. They are seeking an additional member for their technical team to help support, train and roll out the software to their customers.The IT Product Support role will involve providing support for customers via email, TeamViewer, over the phone, and on customer sites.The successful candidate will be part of a small support/development team. The role will involve providing IT support on site for customers during installations, providing training and customising the software. There will be some opportunities to travel throughout Europe and the US supporting customers.To apply you should have excellent IT skills and be a good communicator, be able to work well as part of a team and within an ISO 9001 Quality environment. Experience within a laboratory environment and/or software development would be beneficial.
