Job Description

Are you a confident administrator with excellent attention to detail Are you IT proficient with a strong working knowledge of Excel Do you consider yourself to be ambitious, talented and looking to progress within a varied roleOur client, a leading wealth management firm, is looking for a Dealing and Investments Administrator to join their talented team in Bath.In this position you will:

  • Report to the Dealing Manager to deliver team and individual targets within tight timescales to the highest standard
  • Handle corporate actions, fund loading, and float account management
  • Complete daily pricing and trading controls
  • Assist with float account management
  • Liaise with Investment Managers, Stockbrokers and other third party providers
About you:
  • You are proactive and driven, with excellent attention to detail
  • You have the ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • You will be a confident communicator, with the ability to liaise across all levels
  • You are IT proficient with a strong working knowledge of Excel
  • Ideally you have experience within financial services
  • An Investment Management Certificate (IMC), Investment Operations Certificate (IOC), or equivalent would be desirable
