This is an exciting time to join an establishedbrand and provide crucial support to the running of the business.This is a full time in the office role.DAY TO DAY:• Being the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service via telephone and email communications.• Be responsible for understanding customer needs, taking orders from customers, and providing technical support.• Organise and process returns.• Maintain internal records, and account administration, update the system, and record any written or verbal correspondence efficiently.• Liaise with customers and couriers through the telephone and through email.• Process calls timely in order to meet achievable team targets.WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:• Be a customer service professional, with excellent communication skills and a strong telephone manner.• Be energetic and positive with your approach, and always possess a can-do attitude.• Confident in working towards goals and deadlines.• Prioritise workload appropriately.• Demonstrate consistently a desire to learn and achieve.AND FOR YOU:• Competitive salary• £1000 bonus per year• Pension• Life assurance• Free parking• Cycle and tech schemes• Staff discounts• Great offices/working environment• Monday to Thursday 9.00am - 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (plus one additional day a week you will finish at 5.00pm by prior arrangement with your manager).
