With clear and achievable growth plans, are you ready to take the next stepThe RoleThe HSQE Manager will be fully compliant within the Rail Sector, and experienced in preparing and managing Audits for Achilles, RISQS, Link Up and to ISO standards including 9001, 45001 and 14001. This Health & Safety Manager will also have the critical responsibility to ensure competency of Management systems for Network Rail. You will have the opportunity to put your stamp on the competency Management process from staff, down to operatives and suppliers.As the HSQE Manager you’ll be mentored by the current Head of HSQE, but also be given the autonomy to make your mark. You’ll engage with staff across all disciplines to promote a positive Safety culture (Procedural and Behavioural)You will represent the employer at conferences and meeting with Network Rail, as well as providing input into bids for future works.In return the company provide agile working and will provide a clear understanding on how you can progress your career further with them!The Requirements
