Your talent and skills will play a key role inthe growth plans for the company, and will help shape our future by bringing the South West the best ultra-fast full fibre broadband and customer service around.The experience we need. * People person, excellent communication skills, with a passion for marketing* Expert knowledge of all elements of the brand and marketing mix* Experience of agency partnering* Experience of managing and influencing senior stakeholders* Advanced knowledge of strategic brand, marketing, strategy and planning* An understanding and experience of media planning* TV/Content production knowledge/experience* Experience of brand management and marketing preferably with some telco or broadband experience, but not essential* A creative with commercial flare and drive and passion for driving ROI and measured results* Experience of managing a multi-functional team* An understanding of external regulations and their impact on the customer and marketing strategy* An understanding of critical elements of marketing planning and brand management* Educated to degree level or equivalent, within a business or marketing related discipline* Significant people and budget management experience The role.* Defining the brand strategy, providing a clear path to increasing brand awareness, consideration and engagement. Maintaining and improving already high net promoter scores across all target customer segments and ensuring customers and prospects Know, Likeand arust the brand as they enter their local community with the network* Driving a strong brand portfolio strategy and architecture for the brand portfolio, keeping clear and well defined customer needs at the forefront of your plans* Becoming the brand guardian for all internal and external communications and providing support and training to the wider team and business to maintain impeccable standards of execution* Bringing together strategic recommendations for any valuable brand proposition that will demonstrate and underpin our core strategy, value pillars and key proof points* Providing brand consultancy across strategic challenges, collaborating with internal communications & marketing colleagues and wider business stakeholders* Developing the blueprint to excelling in superior customer experiences, always putting the customer at the heart of everything we do.
