Job Description

We are delighted to be working with one of our esteemed clients in the search for an Administrator to be either Bath based or working remotely. This is a 10 month maternity cover contract to start mid March for a handover period.The role provides administrative support to the Global Quality & Environment Manager to help run the internal Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Management Systems. The role is at the forefront of supporting their technical and consulting teams to deliver solutions across the globe. Whether it is helping shape entire cities to adapting infrastructure to deal with the climate emergency it is the chance to be part of something big.Duties for this role include:

  • Administration of the internal audit/review system including
  • Logging audit reports and non-compliances (NC)
  • Updating and validating non-compliance responses
  • Issuing monthly non-compliances reports
  • Keeping the QMS, EMS and other related intranet sites up to date including all EQMS documents, ISO certificates and ensuring that all required information is easily accessible
  • Communicating proposed and actual EQMS changes to relevant staff
  • Issuing monthly induction training reports to each Business Unit
  • Co-ordinating the maintenance and improvement of document templates with other relevant colleagues and ensuring new templates are uploaded to relevant systems
  • Ensuring regular reviews of FAQs for bids are undertaken
  • Organising meetings of local environmental co-ordinators including agenda and minutes
  • Co-ordinating collection of monthly energy readings from each office, updating online energy platform and producing reports for annual carbon footprint
  • Required skills for this role include:
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a busy and varied workload
  • Flexible attitude with good team working skills
  • Diligent with good attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience of working in an ISO 9001/14001/45001 registered organisation
  • Desired skills for this role include:
  • Use of MS SharePoint and Camtasia (or similar video editing tools)
  • Membership of relevant professional bodies such as CQI and IEMA
  • Experience of working in a project delivery environment
  • Background knowledge of the construction industry
