Role Purpose As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission: providing an in-depth enquiry handling and referral service to our clients and their customers. Your focus will be on managing claims from initial receipt through to settlement, ensuringa seamless experience for all involved. What’s in It for You

  • Salary: A competitive£22,500per annum
  • Full-Time Hours: Monday to Friday, from8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Empathetic Conversations: Engage with policyholders, actively listening to their needs, and accurately recording details of their inquiries.
  • Swift Action: Ensure new instructions are entered accurately and within agreed service levels. Use all provided contact options to promptly reach out to policyholders.
  • Document Management: Request, collate, and meticulously record any necessary documentation, including repair estimates, as required by the insurer or our Claims Management System.
  • Security First: Adhere to all security procedures, safeguarding sensitive information.
  • Green Light for Repairs: Secure approval to proceed with repairs from policyholders, insurance companies, and loss adjusters.
  • Client Updates: Regularly provide clients and policyholders with updates, ensuring timely responses to callback requests.
  • Telephony Savvy: Stay logged into our telephony systems throughout the day, ready to assist with inbound call traffic.
  • Exceptional Service: Deliver a professional, friendly, and helpful service to all callers, maintaining the highest standards of customer care.
