Job Description

Position: Commercial and Legal Team Coordinator / Business Support AdministratorLocation: Central Bath with optional home working 2-3 days per weekSalary: £22,000 - £26,000 dependant on experiencePerks: 25 days holiday plus a company wide 3pm finish once a month, eye care vouchers, flu vaccination, life assurance, income protection, Flexible benefits such as childcare vouchers, cycle to work schemes, give as you earnAn opportunity has become available in the head office of a global engineering company to support two directors within the commercial and legal team. The role lends itself to someone who can multitask and work at a fast pace as there is a PA element to therole as well as having strong administration skills.About the role

  • Coordinating schedules and appointments, diary management, booking travel and arranging meetings for the Global Director and the UK Director.
  • Filing of emails for the two directors
  • Document preparation including formatting and editing, general filing, scanning and document maintenance both physical and digital.
  • Organisation of new starter documentation and liaising with other departments such as HR and IT
