Job Description

Deerfoot IT Recruitment seeks a collaborative and experienced Business Analyst to join our clients inclusive and thriving team within the wealth management industry. This hybrid Business Analyst role is based in Bath and offers an attractive salary of upto 65K and benefits package. Youll receive 34 days holiday, bonus, 7-8% pension, life insurance, private medical, as well as professional encourage career development.As a Business Analyst, you will support Product Owners and Project Managers with change initiatives, from idea to implementation and measuring success. You will also use business analysis techniques to ensure a focus on delivering business value in linewith company strategy and Product Owner roadmaps.In your first few weeks in this Business Analyst role, you can expect to:

  • Utilise As Is and To Be process mapping
  • Conduct Data Analysis
  • Facilitate Workshops with SMEs
  • Conduct Impact Analysis
  • Ensure adequate metrics and measures are available to verify success.
To apply for this Business Analyst role, you will need to have some of the following:
  • Third-party/Supplier Management experience
  • Agile and Waterfall Development and Project Methodologies knowledge
  • Lean process engineering
  • SQL/Query skills
  • Regulated change experience
  • Lean Process Engineering experience with Azure DevOps experience using BDD/Gherkin syntax.
