* Architect* Bath* £35,000 - £40,000+Architect | Bath | £35,000 - £40,000+Are you looking for a step in the right direction to progress your career We are looking for an Architect to join this AJ100 practice!I am currently on the lookout for an Architect with a proven track record to join one of the largest practices in the UK that possess over 300 members of staff across a collective of 9 studios throughout the UK.You will be joining a design-focused, honest, and attentive team that is dedicated to increasing diversity within the practice that will symbolize the community in which you will work.This office is located in the Centre of Bath, with nearby public transport amenities.This Certified B Corporation focuses on both public and private sectors with project values ranging from £1M - £50M+. This award-winning company prides itself in being an expert in several sectors: Civic, Commercial, Education,Retail, Healthcare, Residential, Technology, and Innovation.As an Architect, you will be expected to manage client relationships as it is a key aspect of this job role, as well as working with senior experts to design projects, developing your skills from concept design to delivery. In order to provide that support,you will need to be technically competent and fully conversant with Revit.The Ideal Candidate Will Have: * A desire to create and deliver great buildings.* Experience working as an Architect in the public and private sectors.* Previous ability to deliver projects.* Keen interest in the retail sector.* Capable of multi-tasking - working on multiple projects, running concurrently.* Excellent drawing and presentation skills and the ability to confidently express ideas.* Able to provide professional assistance to design and construction teams when needed.* Minimum of 10 years PQE.The Role: (Architect) - Bath* Qualified Architect - at least 5 years PQE* Work on multiple/complex projects from inception to completion.* Lead presentations and engagement with clients.* Lead role - project brief, initial proposals and detail design (with a small team).* Revit and AutoCAD.* Interpersonal skills are beneficial.* Show experience in organising technical information - preparing drawings, plans and documents.* Proven track record of designing and delivering projects.* Team leader.* Technical detailing.* Design stage risk assessment.The salary for this position is £35K - £40K+ (DOE)Benefits of this Practice: * Future opportunity to own the business through their employee-share ownership.* A friendly, caring, and open company culture.* A contemporary working environment in an excellent location.* A comprehensive benefit bundle.How to apply Contact Alicia at Konker Recruitment or apply directly through our website.
