Job Description

Digital Marketing ExecutiveInspire Resourcing are currently recruiting a Digital Marketing Executive for a fantastic business located in Derbyshire.This is a fantastic opportunity for a degree educated Marketing Executive, looking to develop their skill set in a fantastic working environment.Main duties:

Deliver all marketing for each business (social, media, brochures, email, collateral)

Support in arranging key events

Attending management meetings and supporting the management team in formulation/execution of processes/procedures

Maintaining and updating multiple websites to ensure accurate and current information is reflected on the site.

Retrieve and prepare data and statistics for the Directors and Marketing Manager for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

Identify trends and deliver insight on customers and purchasing behaviour to improve the user experience and drive repeat purchase

Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with other department members

Collect customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus use this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns

Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increase presence on, but not limited to platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

Research and monitor activity of company competitors

Create and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages

Requirements:

A degree in digital marketing and/ or proven two years’ experience working within this sector

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Mailchimp and WordPress.

Working knowledge and understanding of social media management, SEO best practices, PPC strategy, and best practices

A customer centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service

Strong attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Creative, with an analytic approach and strong commercial aptitude

Ability to work with initiative and willingness to be flexible in your approach to your work and duties
