Are you a Zund Operator, Service Engineer / technical specialist with knowledge of Zund machines or similar digital flatbed cutting technology, looking to step into a customer-facing field-sales role Or are you a Sales Engineer seeking the prestige and recognition associated with selling a prestigious industrial brand There is great money-earning potential with open-ended quarterly sales commission scheme and there is NO COLD CALLING required!BASIC SALARY: £30,000 - £40,000 (negotiable for the right candidate)BENEFITS:

  • We are seeking applications from ambitious: Zund Operators, Service Engineers, Sales Support (with knowledge of Zund machines), or Technical Account Managers / Sales Engineers, looking to work in a customer-facing field-sales role.
  • If you are already a Technical Sales Engineer, you will have sold into (or are selling within), any of the following sectors: Formula 1, Motorsport, Automotive, Aerospace, Composites, Print, Packaging, Graphics, Technical Textiles
  • No previous sales experience required as full training offered - Extensive sales & product training will be provided at our HQ
  • Well-educated, charismatic and professionally minded with integrity.
    • JOB SPECIFICATION: Technical Sales Engineer / Field Sales / Zund Operator – Capital EquipmentThis is a consultative Technical Account Manager / Sales Engineer role. After an extensive training and development programme at our HQ, you will be telephoning existing customers through our Salesforce CRM system and booking warm appointments to visit and cross-sell our high-value capital equipment solutions (or associate software), into a various types and sizes of manufacturing companies.Duties and responsibilities to include:
  • Managing a diverse client mix across multiple industry sectors
  • Territory covered includes Southern England and elements of the Midlands
  • Warm account management into existing clients (100%)
  • Spending 3-4 days per week on the road
  • Selling at Department / Board / Owner / Procurement levels
  • Lead times typically 1-3 months
  • Deal values from £2k - £125k
  • Protecting margins
  • Generating quotes on salesforce.com
  • CRM management (Salesforce)
  • Home-office based
