Our client, a busy franchised dealership in Basingstoke have the requirement for an experienced Service Manager / Aftersales Manager to join their high performing management team.The successful Service Managerwill have the ability to organise, coach, motivate and lead a busy and expanding workshop and front of house team whilst providing the very highest levels of customer service every time.The Service Managerrole will include:- Ensuring departmental profitability- Delivering dealership and manufacturer budgets- Controlling expenses, recruitment and selection, staff coaching and motivation- Optimising workshop capacity and utilisation- Installing and maintaining processes- Monitor, develop and improve CSI and customer experienceYou must have a minimum of 3 years current experience working as a Service Manager within a franchised dealership environment, you must also hold a full UK Driving Licence.In return our client offers a competitive basic salary and an uncapped OTE of £50,000, plus the use of a company car and whole host of employee benefits.Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm, plus Saturday mornings on rota.Key Skills: Service Manager, Aftersales Manager, Service Team Leader, Aftersales Leader, Service Leader, Basingstoke, Reading, Fleet, Winchester, Newbury, Andover, Farnborough, Hampshire, Berkshire Required skills
