  • Parts/Service advisor required for Main Dealer Group
  • Strong parts experience and service skills required
  • Workshop control experience would be beneficial
  • Fantastic working environment
  • Manufacturer Training
    • Responsibilities
  • Cover 3 departments - mainly parts, but service and workshop control also
  • Meeting and greeting customers and identifying their needs
  • Work as part of a friendly team
  • Undertake Manufacturer training
  • Be able to work to targets and deadlines
    • Qualifications
  • Have a background in delivering excellent customer service
  • Have confidence when speaking to customers both verbally and face to face
  • A great attitude to learn new skills
  • Main Dealer Experience is desirable
